Origin of Quito party

As was close to the date of December 6, the date by custom and tradition, the anniversary of the Spanish "foundation" of Quito, was Luis Alberto Valencia, the great singer of Quito, who suggested concrete commemorating and emphatically that instead or in addition, classical solemn session of the Municipal Council, it could restore the ancient custom of "preemptive strike Quiteño" old tradition where military bands intervening.
